What Is Loon Rising?
Loon Rising offers health coaching centered on emotional resilience, renewing your mind, reshaping your thoughts, and clearing out what no longer serves you so that you can embrace life and open space for growth and well-being.
Inspired by the loon—a symbol of resilience and serene strength—this work honors every woman’s upward journey through challenge and change. Its graceful rise embodies transformation, hope, and the daily choice to elevate mind and body.
What is My Mission?
My mission is to empower women to break free from stress, anxiety, burnout, negativity, uncertainty or feeling stuck and step into peace, positivity, and a plan that renews their mind and overall well-being.

What Milestones Can Clients Expect?
The emotional resilience journey includes five phases:
Week 1: Awareness–Learning how to sense depleting emotions and shift to positive ones in real time with The Rise to Renewal Shift
Week 3: Understanding–Gaining familiarity with The Rise to Renewal Shift, achieving small wins
Week 5: Self-Regulation–Applying The Rise to Renewal Shift between sessions with confidence
Week 7: Momentum–Building on emotional self-regulation skills, even teaching them to others
Week 12: Transformation–Achieving enhanced well-being and the confidence to self sustain
