What Is My Mission?

My mission is to empower women in midlife to build emotional resilience, rooted in faith, so that they can rise above and achieve their health and wellness goals.

What Is Emotional Resilience?

At Loon Rising, emotional resilience is defined as the ability to rise gracefully, despite the headwinds— to lift yourself up with strength and clarity so that you can achieve enhanced well-being.

Why is this work important now?

Because midlife shouldn’t be a drop in altitude, it’s a divine invitation to rise into your power, purpose, and peace. I want women to know their wings are not being clipped, they’re being refined.

Each health coaching session begins with The Rising Grace Mindfulness Moment practice for emotional resilience, which is unique to Loon Rising. This is followed by the Duke University Health Coaching Process Model to help you achieve your overall health & wellness goals.

Introductory Session – 60 Minutes
We'll clarify your immediate needs and explore how faith and mindset can support your next steps. You’ll leave with at least one action step towards your overall health and wellness goals.

6-Session Coaching Package
Designed for deeper guidance and long-term transformation, this faith-based package includes:

  • A personalized health and accountability plan

  • Tailored meditative and spiritual mindfulness practices 

  • Custom affirmations and scripture aligned with your journey
